Emailed on a Thursday night .. got a call at 9:00 am Friday .. Saturday morning Derrick was on site and had the cap installed right away . The quote I received on the phone matched what I was charged when the job was completed. Very professional and a refreshing change from many other service / contractors I have dealt with in the past. Will definitely recommend them in the future .

Had the roof done 2 years ago. A week ago shingles started to slide off the roof. The nails were obviously not installed correctly not to mention he didn't install paper under the shingles. Called him 5 days in a row. Wouldn't return my call. Went to his front door multiple times and he wouldn't answer.. other neighbors have now been telling me their horror stories of Grilo roofing. He is a 5 minute walk from my house... if he treats a neighbor like this.. Imagine what he will do for you..

Salesperson was great to work with. No pressure and good advise.. He had a few good ideas marked down before he walked in. Installation team were very polite and professional. Showed up on time and did a very clean install. One month later.. door looks and works great. I will call them for a quote when I need my windows done.
