Adrian installed an HD antenna on my roof, with feeds from it to my TV room in my basement and into my tenant's TV room. Now we both get over 20 HD cancels for free. Through the same holes he drilled for the co-ax cables (my house is double-bricked, so he needed to get through all that) he also ran ethernet cable, so we both have wired in connections to the internet for our TVs. He did a great job, with benefits that will pay for themselves in a very short time. Thanks for helping us "cut the cord" Adrian!

I called Mr. Pozo during a heatwave when my A/C was on the blink. He was done his day and on his way home, but he came over and assessed the problem right away. (Turns out the previous owner did some "creative wiring" of their own.) So, Diego quickly rewired my set up. I'm calling him back to install a new smart thermostat and a new water heater later in the summer. They're busy for a reason-- they're good.
