I emailed their office and received a response the same day. Crew was booked to attend within a few days. A time was booked and then we needed to bump that time up, if possible. They arrived early when we called and asked if it was possible to come early. The crew of two first did an overall inspection of the scope of the job and then got at it. Windows washed and eavestroughs cleaned and full site clean up was done. There was no evidence left behind that they had done the work, other than clean windows and eavestroughs. VERY PLEASED. i have recommended them to many.

Excellent work and a great clean up of the area around our house. We really needed this work done within a tight time frame and Rod said they would do their best to accomplish it. They were done early. When we arrived home, there was a well installed new roof, and yet it looked as if no one had ever been there. The clean-up was just that good. Thank you.

I have used Heights Residential since they opened and again highly satisfied with their service. This year I had a very specific time constraint, I needed the work done within a certain time frame. Initially I was told they could not guarantee it, but would try. VERY PLEASED when they emailed me back in 2 days and were able to do it. Always a very pleasant crew to have around your home.
