I had a furnace and air conditioner installed by First Call in 2015. Each year they promptly phone around the anniversary date to do maintenance. They always arrive promptly. They are very professional and take time to answer questions and explain things. They clean up after themselves . I would highly recommend First Call for all your heating and cooling needs.

I had a plumbing problem which no one seemed to be able to help me with or would even try. One call to Dave and he was on it. He accompanied Kyle, their plumber, to my home to check it out. The shut off valve inside, to shut off the water to my house, was broken. The tool to be used outside, to shut off the water, so the valve could be replaced did not fit. Dave and Kyle figured out they could freeze the line inside the house and the valve was quickly replaced much to my relief. Dave again accompanied Kyle as he completed the job to make sure it went okay. Kyle is very efficient, knowledgeable and professional. While in my home , Kyle noticed my washing machine hoses were not right and pointed it out, which I appreciate, as it could have caused me problems later on. He replaced them and changed some taps which were leaking. I had my furnace replaced 2 years ago by First Call and they are very thorough and timely with the yearly maintenance. Sandy in the office is always pleasant when calling and promptly returns calls. For all my plumbing and heating issues First Call will always be my first call.

Thank you First Call for a job well done ! Louis, who came out to do the estimate, was very informative.Brad, one of the owners, came to do measurements. I mentioned concern about my hardwood floors. When Andrew and Connor came to do the installation Brad had purchased covering for my hardwood. Thanks Brad ! Both days of the installation Andrew phoned to let me know they were on their way. Andrew and Connor were very careful when bringing in the new stuff and removing the old. They were very efficient in doing the installation. When the job was completed they took time to explain the Wi-Fi thermostat to me. After they finished they cleaned up thoroughly both inside and out. There was a small glitch with the hot water tank and a day after the installation, which was on a Saturday, I did not have any hot water. I phoned the service line and Jeremy, who was on service call, came out and fixed it. The next day he followed up with a call to make sure I had hot water. Everyone I dealt with from First Call was very professional. It was obvious there was a lot of respect and trust between employees and owners and this was passed on to the consumer . I would highly recommend First Call to be the first and only call you make for all your heating and cooling needs.
