They did a good job with the project. But they were supposed to come back and do another job, but I never heard back, even after messaging them a couple of times. So I am unsure if I will hire them again.
I like shopping at the physical store but not the online business. When I go bingo the store I always receive great service. However, when ordering online, the items I received were all damaged. After some complaint they gave me a very small refund, the refund did not reflect the damage done. I said I wanted a call back to get it straightened out, but never received one. I will never order online again. Very bad service.
I had my basement water issue solved by this company. They did a great job with this. However, they had agreed to come back and slope my yard down and away from my house as well as ad a drain for my sump and eves trough, they never came back, I contacted them and they set a date and time to come and they still never did. Very disappointed by this.
