An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I don't even know where to start with Dr Stucco! First off my husband and I bought a house earlier this year and before we moved in, we wanted to have the ceilings in the whole house smoothed and painted as it was so drabby and had so many holes and the needing fixed. Well they quoted us a fair price to remove the stucco compared to other companies we talked to. The guys were so amazing!! It took only about 4 days to complete our WHOLE 5500 sq ft house from prepping (there was a TON of prep...including drywalling and sanding, etc) and painting. The crew did a fabulous job and I highly recommend them.
