I woke up with itchy bites 2 nights in a row, and they were pretty bad, so I was freaking out and not in the best head space. Pest Solution Services was reccommended from a reliable friend of mine. I really appreciated the customer service, I called on a Friday evening and had my inspection booked for Sunday where as the other company that was reccommended by my building had not even called until Monday. I'm so glad I went with PSS becuse I feel like I did it right the first time. Muhammed was so thorough and I'm certain is quite a perfectionist which is thoroughly appreciated in this situation. It wasn't even the biggest hassle because it was all taken care of for me and not the biggest headache. I now rest assured and sleep easily with 0 bites.
