An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Andy, Tony and I cannot begin to thank you and Rand Electric for all your hard work in completing the lighting for the new kitchen. You and your staff consistently provided excellent service, professional conduct and perhaps, most importantly, a caring attitude with respect to customer satisfaction and going that extra mile to complete the job. We absolutely love the new kitchen, but it is all the pot lights, the under cabinet lights, the pendant lights over the island and the glass cabinet lights, that truly make it sparkle.
