I contacted Mike from Miken inspections as per a recommendation fom my realtor, to complete a home inspection for my wife and I for Tarion warranty purposes. Let me start by saying that Mike is VERY knowledgeable, personable and professional. He was able to easily find some issues that otherwise would have gone unnoticed. He explained things in terms that anyone could understand and was able to help us ensure we were and will continue to live in a safe and healthy home. If I ever require any services that Mike provides, he will be the one that I call. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone I know!
