The chimney wasn't sealed properly. The mess left behind was awful. Have concrete on front porch, gardens and all over shingles and flashing that we have to clean up ourselves. When they cam back to check our concern, they were very defensive. And threw their caulking tubes into our backyard when done. We thought they damaged one of the chimney caps. Pictures show they did not but they didn't tell us it was cracked so that it could be fixed at the same time. Work was prompt but that's not enough to make me ever recommend Sam.

Absolutely. We finished the work. We were unable to use a hose to clean the roof. Used buckets filled with water to clean the roof. We came back with a power washer after the client called us. The client rejected the idea of cleaning with power washer. Wish them well
