The did not supply the cork on time. It was a month delayed, holding up the rest of the renovation.. They came and removed all the carpeting and took it away. However, we had at least 6 different installers. They would not use cut pieces from as they did not make the original cut. We also waited SEVEN months to have the transitions installed.

The storage facility was very new, clean, and secure. The security was air-tight and the employees were very helpful and friendly. They also provided a minivan for us to use to move our items from our house to their facility free of charge.

All the workers were very polite, professional and knowledgeable with their work. They did the job in the time estimated and left the rest of the house undisturbed. I would highly recommend them for any kind of reno involving plumbing.
