I have used two other home inspection companies in the Guelph area prior to using Miken, and without hesitation I can express Miken Inspections is the top tier in this field. Past companies were not as thorough, knowledgable, and for the most part seemed to be working off a home inspector course checklist, and focusing on the latest trends.
