Derek does what he says he is going to do, when he says he will do it. Exceptional customer service in a time when we don't always see a lot of it. The technician James arrived on time, performed the removal (including stump) quickly and efficiently, and removed debris. He even re-attached my clothesline, for which I am immensely grateful!
