Did a lot of research for shutter types and vendors before installing shutters in my home. Chose Canada Custom wooden shutters for a few reasons: 1. They manufacture their own shutters 2. Shutters are quality engineered wood 3. Lifetime warranty on parts and labour 4. Exceptional and honest sales service from Nick They were not the cheapest but the it is worth the additional cost to go with them. Donovan the installer did a fantastic job. He made the installation look so easy especially with the bay window. Additionally Nick did perfect measurements so no adjustments were needed. It looks much better than I expected and adds value to the home. Thank you for the great service from start to finish. All the neighbours are commenting on how beautiful the shutters look.

Had all of my windows and Patio door replaced by Nordik. I had a few quotes from different vendors. Nordik was not the cheapest. However I went with them because the sales rep Dan was very transparent and straightforward with his proposal. There were no sales gimmicks which I appreciated very much. Additionally they were the only vendor I found with 25 year warranty on both parts and labour. Moreover they manufactured their own windows which is a big plus. The windows arrived ahead of time and all install was done within 6 weeks. During the install Milos and his colleague went above and beyond with the installation. I expected it to be good but they exceeded all my expectations. I had to call into the office a few times and the experience was pleasant from the reps who answered the phone. Overall very happy with the entire experience of Nordik and would recommend them to anyone.

Had a new furnace and humidifier installed with Cozy World. Went with them because of the positive reviews on Google and homestars. From start to finish they were professional and accommodating even when I asked for some changes to be made after signing the contract. Robert the sales rep, the install coordinator and Saeed the installer did a fantastic job. I would recommend them to anyone for HVAC needs.

I have a water tank rental with them. It stopped getting hot water. Called them and the tech came the next day to fix the issue. I was surprised with the speed in which they resolved the issue. Very happy with the service. Since it was a rental, there was no charge to me.
