Moving sucks, but we're glad we chose Rent-a-Son to handle our move. This was our second time using this company, and the second time we've been very satisfied with the service. Erika helped us to coordinate, and then Julian, Tyler, and Hector handled the move. We had a lot of stuff, much of it heavy (sorry, guys!), but the crew was prompt, courteous, and worked very hard. We really appreciated their efforts. Everything was handled with care -- we haven't found one damaged item or blemish, which is very impressive. And the final bill was dead-on to the original estimate. We hope we never have to move again. But if we do, we'd certainly give Rent-a-Son another call. Thanks again!

We recently moved into a new condo and needed to get our entrance door rekeyed. John arrived promptly and performed the service quickly, and also cut us a few keys for the new lock. Very professional and courteous, he made sure each key worked and that I tested things for myself before concluding the service call. He even offered some advice on an issue we were having with our mailbox lock. Would definitely use his services again and highly recommend John to anyone else needing a locksmith.

From start to finish we had a great experience with Rent-a-Son during our recent move to a new two-bedroom condo. Nick, Austin, and Alan showed up on time, took great care with our stuff, and had a great attitude despite some setbacks out of our control (loading bay access, elevator, etc). Nick even took time to apply felt pads to the bottom of our furniture to protect the new flooring, a nice extra touch. There was only one minor "casualty" -- a ceramic lampshade that had been wrapped in a protective blanket, but just fell the wrong way during unloading. It happens. The guys felt really bad but it was no great loss. The most valuable and delicate furniture and items all arrived intact and in the same shape they left. We were very satisfied. The quote Erika and Rob gave us was accurate, the crew worked hard and made things easier for us on moving day, and we would definitely use their services again. Recommended.

When moving fragile and delicate items that are important to clients, we will recommend special packaging materials for the crew to protect the items.
