John at MDR is awesome. He returns your calls, listens to what you want and is completely customer service oriented. The first time we had MDR however, I was put in touch with Jonathan and I was not at all pleased. I would not go through him again but John is amazing and I would go directly to him if I ever had any issues. As for the work, they did a very good, very thorough job of replacing our roof and siding.
