Abysmal - I cannot highlight how frustrating the process to get blinds from Blinds Direct Canada was. Throughout the process, there were delays, missing blinds, missing valances, poor installation, lack of responses to communication both by phone or email and complete and utter lack of professionalism. In the end, the job was done, but 6 months after the original order was placed and with constant nagging issues. The initial consultation is fantastic. The payment collection is even better. Everything in between is a pain. Spending $8,000+, I expeted much better.
