I had a Viking fridge that was leaking, I spoke to Chris over the phone and described the problem, he was able to identify what was wrong and what needed to be done. He was able to come out the next day to repair it. Service was top notch, Chris is very knowledgeable, professional and truly an expert in "appliance repair". Thank you for the great service!

We did extensive renos in our home and therefore wanted to get our ducts cleaned. Based on the reviews I called Cosmopolitan they gave me a quote over the phone of $300 for complete duct cleaning. When the technician arrived the first thing he did was look at the furnace when he took the cover off he began to tell me that it was going to cost extra for cleaning various parts of the furnace. I didn't ask for the furnace to be cleaned - he said he can't properly do the duct cleaning without cleaning all the other parts of the furnace....ok I agreed to a total of $550 including new filter. But then he started to go around the house and blow all the dust and debris from my ducts all over my house using a small air compressor. When I asked him about all the dust that was coming out he told me to get some books and cover the vents to stop the dust from coming out....what??? Then he brought in the vacuum hose, he placed it loosely on the floor in front of my furnace and went back to blow air through the vents upstairs. This caused all the dust from my vents and runs to come out all over my house. It was a complete nightmare. Not to mention the damaged baseboard corners that he did by pulling his hoses though the house. It was just terrible, he had no idea what he was doing. Finally I asked him to stop. After he left I called the company right away and explained what had happened, they told me a supervisor would come out to take a look. When the supervisor came he walked around the house and agreed that the job should not have been done like this. He said he was very sorry and that he was going to talk to his boss...ok. I never heard from them again. It took me 2 days to clean up after the mess he left. TERRIBLE experience!

Mike from Best Fence was recommended to us by our neighbour. We shopped around for a fence around our pool with many companies and after meeting with Mike decided to have him do the fence for us. I must say he was fantastic, worked diligently to meet our time frame, showed up exactly when he said he would come, communicated with us during the entire project and built a beautiful fence. He knew all the bylaw requirements for pool enclosures and was able to pick a perfect design that blended into the yard well. His price was the best quote we received and although he did extra work for us he never charged us for it. If you need a fence built there is no better company than Best Fence - we would highly highly recommend Mike!

We hired Frank and his crew to do a complete demolition of our 1700 sq/ft bungalow. Drywall removal, floor removal, cabinets and tiles, ceiling and bathroom. We couldn't be happier with the work that Frank and his crew did. They were very careful not to damage the walls that we wanted to save. They arrived on time and cleaned up everything before they left. Frank supervised everybody and made sure that all the work was being done properly. Price was great and the demolition was done in half the time that other demo companies were estimating! I would not hesitate to recommend Demolition Boys to anyone! 100% satisfaction - I wish all the trades we are working with on our house were this great!!!

This is a fruadulant company, they ask customers to sign a contract and also ask for a deposit, after recieving the money they get in the truck and leave, without moving anything. There are many stories/experiences that people have posted on the internet. We hired this company to do a small move, they showed up took the deposit and left. Buyer Beware!!!
