Kirk Dietz Construction did not carry out the work in a workmanlike, suitable or timely manner. Not only did they start the job two weeks latet than the scheduled and agreed start date they quickly fell behind on their work and, in fact, did not complete the project in the end. Their were several occassions where the plans and specifications were not followed and some of the work was not compliant with the Ontario Building Code. Ultimately the work was removed from their hands and another contractor was retained to complete the work under their contract.
