Perfect job done by perfect people
I've hired Sama and his crew to replace my hardwood flooring in Richmond Hill. Not only their price was very reasonable, the final result is much better than what I had expected. Although I'm very picky, I couldn't find anything wrong with their job. They have replaced the whole hardwoods in my house. Very fast, very polit people and very professional.
The pipes under my sink in the powder room, broken on Saturday night when we were going to party. What we could do was only we shut off the water and called Wrench it up, they were here Sunday morning and fixed every thing in only 3 hours. Everything professional and perfect

Terrible customer service. Bought a washer and a dryer and stocking accessories($100). On delivery they didnt bring it. The day after called, they said they will follow up with yhe shipping company. Late evening yhey called, coildnt find them, now it is 5 days everyday I call to follow up, i think they check the Caller ID. They dont take my call. Left many voice messages nor response. Terrible.

Our move went smooth and stress free. They were careful not to damage the walls, floors, oak railings, and most importantly, our contents and furniture. They braved one of the hottest days ever. We laud and applaud Carefree Moving crew.

This was the second time I had Matt come by to inspect my furnace and clean my ducts and air returns. He took apart my very old furnace for the inspection and gave me tips and recommendations on what to look for in a replacement. You can tell safety is a top priority for Matt. He also was very thorough in the cleaning and did a great job. Will call him again next time I need the service. Highly recommended.

Navid did a great job doing a thorough inspection throughout the house I've recently bought. He took me through the process and explained things clearly and in an easy way so I could understand them.
