after buying a new home we discovered that the sliding patio doors where very drafty on those cold winter days. so we contacted fm windows about installing a set of garden doors in thier place. they where very fast and professional with there work and we are very pleased with the product. thanks fm windows
while redoing my son's basement bedroom we where loking for carpeting that would be suitible for his needs. while we whent to a number of flooring stores we found that carpet one in port dover was the most helpfull and recomended a carpet for us. the carpet looks great with the wall coulors and is holding up very well with the demands of a teenager, thanks carpet one
first year concerns such as poor air conditioning, worn carpeting and eccess moister was ignored and even though we thought there was a one year warrenty on said item thru tarrion, that was not the case. all we got was a total run around and left with a bitter taste for a brandnew house we just moved into. NEVER AGAIN WILL I OR ANY ONE I KNOW BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.
while building deck I first went to home depot (should know better) which was a total waste of time. then going to rona I found the service very friendly and knowledgeble helping me to design the deck, plus the lumber is far superior to home depot.
this retailer has got to be the worst when it comes to customer service. when trying to get a deck plan maded I had to wait for almost 45 minutes to get any sevice (it is not my department)then the person that did show up did not know how to run the program. then after I finlly got the drawings the town would not accept drawings becuase of errors. so after getting my own drawings approved I could not fined any good quality material there. ended up going to rona that had for more knowlegeble staff anf far better lumber.
