We completely gutted our basement and selected Carpenters Mate to finish same with a Second Suite which includes a kitchen, living/dining room, bedroom which includes flooring & painting throughout and a custom washroom. They also completed our laundry area, capping of stairs and a separate recreation room which included new electrical panel, pot lights, etc. Luke took care of all drawings and permit application needed by City of Toronto and hiring of the sub-trades to do the electrical, plumbing, etc. Luke, Bob and their sub-trades were very thorough & polite. They explained the processes and produced a very neat & functional space that we are enjoying. We would not hesitate to recommend them to our friends and family and will definitely use them again if the need arise. Thank Luke & Bob for a job well done.
