James did a great job for us. He provided us with a quote quickly. His was not the cheapest quote we got, but we went with him because he was responsive, friendly and seemed very professional. He arrived when he said he would. He did a great job with what turned out to be a trickier job then he thought it would be. It took him a little longer than he expected it would, but he didn't charge us more than he quoted. We were very happy and will use James again in the future. Reliable, Great work. Friendly. (And he didn't mind the company of our curious bloodhound.)

The management of the Catherine St. Mini Storage provide excellent customer service. They have always been tremendously helpful to me, as I live in Toronto but have to manage moving and storage for two daughters. They have gotten to know me and what my family's needs are. I had to move this past Sunday. The facility is closed on Sunday, but they came in and opened just to accommodate me. This was a life-saver, as I could only find a mover on Sunday. I highly recommend, particularly if you need someone to actually care.

The team I had from Move Ottawa was great. They agreed to do a move for me on a Sunday morning. They were on time, polite, friendly, worked quickly and efficiently. Beforehand I was told exactly how much I was going to pay, and that's exactly what I paid. No surprises, great service.
