Was originally confident in BathTime's expertise to remove my old tub and surround and install a new one and new fixtures-however after having our electrical wire cut thru leaving us without power for a day and then having to argue with the company that just b/c the wires werent up to code doesnt mean care should not have been taken to see what was behind the wall before cutting into it (as we were not aware Of the wire placement either having bought the old house like that and not knowing whats inside the wall)and then having our wall damaged from the employee obviously attemting to carry too large of old pieces of tub out without help and then quite a bit of damage to the inside of the bathroom walls which were just spackled over instead of fully repaired and repainted (apprently thats the homeowners job) we are most definitley NOT satisfied and will Not be recommending them to anyone we know looking to redo their bathroom-nice enough staff but not very careful/knowledgable and it seems they lack professionalism and good customer service skills as a company whole-unfortuantely we regret this decision to go with BathTime and caution anyone else in the future--products are good but the process is horrible!
