Bahadur and his team undertook an extensive basement renovation. They dug down the basement a couple of feet and finished it off with 2 bedrooms, a beautiful three piece bathroom and a laundry room. The end result was exactly what I had hoped for. With any renovation, there will be a couple of unforeseen issues. When those came up, Bahadur explained them to me and offered solutions that would fit in my budget. Bahadur was very easy to work with and offered very good advice on design details that I always took. I met with Bahadur weekly to discuss progress. The work site was always clean and safe (even when the basement looked like trenches). His team was always friendly and cordial and worked very hard. Arcline is very easy to communicate with as the scheduling for site visits is done by Darlene, the client representative. She is always pleasant, responsive and problem solves very quickly.
