My dryer broke.. I was pretty sure it was the timer. I called around everyone in the phone book and everyone I called (even the store that carries that brand) said they couldn't get that part or it would cost over $100 just to look at it. They couldn't give me a quote for the part and labour. Not without 'seeing' it. Then I called Joe. Not only was he very friendly, he told me instantly that he could get the part that day. "No problem". He didn't mark up the cost of the part, he told me what it would cost to install, but if I wanted to try to install myself, it was very easy. I picked up the part, met his friendly staff and I went home and installed that part myself. Thanks, Joe. Your the best!!!
