Oleg had his team created connections from two kitchens to install new dishwasher and washer in a rental property. They came on time and did a clean job. They are my go to company for plumbing waterproofing and concrete work.

After completing a pretty lengthy reno inside, we wanted to fix up the rear wall of our house with some parging. The old parging was coming off and the foundation walls were exposed, with a bunch of holes to the foundation below. We called Oleg, who has done work for us before. He sent Vitaliy to complete the work and he did a great job, he was clean, thorough and meticulous. We are very happy with the final product and it made such a difference to our back yard; we thought of the work as merely to stop water or bugs and pests from entering but it did that and is cosmetic. We were very happy with the work and thought the price was fair. I hope it stands up through the winters and years to come.

From the moment I reached out to Rio Stone, we were treated with some of the most tailored, respectful, professional and knowledgeable customer service I have received. Martin quickly provided a preliminary quote on some material, he was able to give us suggestions, offer to meet us and take us around to the suppliers of natural stones in the City. Let me empathize with you for a moment, like many trades and suppliers, there are so many options and so many fabricators to choose from, especially in Toronto. We were confused on who to go with, and there are so many things to consider, price, quality, advice, timing, service, aftercare etc. Believe me, Martin and his team at Rio stone will take good care of you. My counter was just installed so time will tell if I need service how he pulls through but if the experience I had thus far is any indication, I am comfortable he will take care of any issues that arise. Martin was able to provide options for materials, be flexible for sink options, edge profiles. They made us some transition pieces and shower jambs for other rooms. He was patient and helpful and overall came in with a competitive price. Sue was great with scheduling and we had a super quick turn around time from templating, which is great. His templater was friendly and accurate and the install team did a good job.

When is comes to choosing the right window for your house, every installer will tell you that their (one) window product and their method is the best, and with all of the companies aggressively advertising, the waters become even muddier. We first met Mike of Window Land at the Home Show and Canada Blooms. It was the first company we spoke with and, after interviewing a number of companies; it was the company we chose to complete our window retrofit in our 130-year-old century home. We were glad we did. Window Land provided us with up front information about a number of window manufacturers he deals with, all with different pros and cons, to meet our needs. We weren’t stuck with the suspiciously “best” and conveniently only window other installers were selling, Mike had options and was able to show us the differences between brands and costs. He made us feel comfortable in making an informed decision, and quoted us a fair price. We completed lots of research and found lots of companies with lots of good reviews, but we really liked the Window Wise installation certification Mike’s installers offered, and the technical offerings of the VinylBilt windows. Mike was not pushy but asked questions in tailoring our window selection to our needs and attempt to restore the look of our victorian home with modern and practical features. Once we placed the order and the windows were ready, Mike contacted us and sent his professional installers (approximately 2 weeks). The installers are very experienced (over 18 years with Window Land), considerate, clean and precise. They completed all the window installation and capping in our house in one day and took care to clean up the space. We were impressed that they completed the project in one day. We would recommend Mike and Window Land to anyone looking for windows, regardless of budget or needs – he will work with you to get you what you need at a fair price. You will not regret hiring Window Land in a sea of purported #1 window companies

An electrician upgraded our service and disconnected the knob & tube to get insurance on our new home, leaving half the house without power. We hired High Park Electrical after meeting with Jose, and after a few weeks him and his partner Angelo started and did an amazing job. They were reasonable and flexible with fixture locations and responsive to some changes. They left the site clean every day, left only minimal holes from the wire fishing and were a pleasure to work with. I would (have already) recommend High Park Electrical to my family, friends and anyone else needing electrical work done. Thanks Jose (see you soon for the basement work).

Our contractor arranged to have Campoli upgrade our 100A panel to 200A and disconnect the remaining Knob and Tube wiring. They arranged for the permits, arrived on time, disconnected the panel, removed it, removed the stack, replaced the new stack, installed the new panel, and was able to have our house up and running with power by day's end. We are left with no power where the circuits fed by K&T wiring but we expected that. They didn't clean up the basement, but I was happy to finish it up.
