This will be the third time I have had the father (Obi-wan) and son (Young Jedi) team over to replace drywall during home improvements. Robert and Brandon replied quickly with a reasonable quote and do fantastic work. Make great suggestions when needed. Construction area was kept clean at all times. Recommend. As mentioned. Repeat customer here.
Hired Andy to install new Jatoba hardwood in my livingroom/dining room area as well as redo the railings on two floors. For the most part Andy was amazing in his professionalism and his craftmanship. I say for the most part because his "apprentice" was the one who actually did most of the hardwood floor install while Andy built the railings/installed some trim. Once finished and the dust had settled I was surprised by the amount of brat nails (some sticking out) that where used and quite visable to install the floor. I should mention though that this floor was installed in a 100 year old house where nothing is level, not even close. I'm sure working with an extremely hard wood like Jatoba didn't help. After nailing in the several protruding brat nails and detailing with a black sharpie marker the nails are harder to see. The railing that Andy worked on was done well but In the future make sure to paint and/or stain before final install. Very difficult after.

Thank you for your business and time to write the review. I apologize for not checking my "apprentice" work but as you know wood provided by you had it own deficiency and was very hard to work with. In order to work with your budget we were not providing the final touchups.
I agree it is very hard to stain and paint finished product so try avoiding doing this yourself and have a trade do it for you.

Called Rob's Renos to quote on an already started drywall job that needed to be finished. My first contractor had to step away due to a family issue. Rob's quote was fair, not the cheapest but what stood out for me was his knowledge of what needed to be done to correct earlier drywall problems from my first contractor. His team always arrived on time and took great pride in their work. Rob or his guys kept me informed through out the job on issues/fixes during the installation. Job was done well and on schedule and with all clean up done. Many thanks boys..Looks great now Rob.

Have had Jaime work on my home twice now. My latest repair was replacing the ply wood and shingles around two DIY skylights on a detached workshop. Was given a real honest quote on what needed to be repaired and total cost. I provided three replacement skylights and Jaime and crew repaired the roof and expertly installed the new box mounted skylights on scheduled time and on budget quoted.

I am honest about the job needed to be done because I don't believe in short cuts just to save money, if that means it will need to be repaired again in a short period of time. Right off the bat I found Jaime from Awash Roofing a straight forward tell it as it is guy with a firm dollar amount for what was needed to be done. Though, It was stated if, as the job is being done the repair maybe more then origionaly quoted if they found more weather damage. As it turned out more of the fascia wood needed to be replaced which added to the jobs total cost. After all was said and done Jaime came back to me and adjusted the additional cost lower being not all the fascia wood needed to be replaced. How often has any home owner seen that kind of honesty from a contractor. I would never have known if all the wood was replaced or not. Anyway, Did the job in the time quoted and did a great job.
