Update: The furnace is now working without issue. Thank you for resolving my issues. Sharpline installed my dual stage Lennox furnace 18 months ago. To date there have been 4 repair attempts to fix the furnace. Today it has gone on the fritz again, so this will be the 5th visit. The issue is, a tech comes and looks at it, struggles to find the issue, and then provides a different answer to what is wrong and a seemingly temporary fix. Right now it is under warranty to they keep sending people, but at some point I am going to pay for this poor quality product. When situations happen like this, if they need to escalate to Lennox, or replace the product.

Extremely happy with the services provided for my kitchen redesign. The process from the quote to the politeness of the team was excellent. It is important you feel comfortable with contractors in your home for an extended perior of time. They always message when coming or leaving, cleaned up each day and most importantly took pride in the quality of their work. The quote they provided was the final price I paid. Terrible experience. Do not hire this company for duct cleaning or any service. There was nothing positive to say about the work or the service experience. Keep your money. 1. Makes you pay by interact e-transfer. Will not start work in until he receives transfer. Sat in truck for 20 minutes waiting for it. 2. Pulled hose through my basement window damaging the window sill but chirping off drywall and leaving dirt stains on the wall. 3. I had to help him guide the hose out of the basement when I showed him the damage he said I see it. When I went upstairs to say something he was gone like the wind. I would call him an yell...but you can tell he could care less about repeat business or what customers say. I hope this review stops at least one person from using his services.
