An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Steve installed our Xplorenet dish and related wiring. He called when he was on his way; arrived on time; did his work efficiently and left no mess. Because it did not work as well as hoped in the first location, he came back and moved the unit (not the dish) at no charge, again calling before he came, coming on time and working efficiently when here. Steve is an asset to your company. We would recommend him to our friends.
