The area is prime, building delayed by over a year. Builder even had a better quality kitchen presented AND in black and white on the legal buying paperwork, but they chintzed out and gave all purchasers a lesser-quality kitchen forcing people to suck it up or have to pay for an upgrade. Disappointing after-service from the customer relations. My fridge was fixed 3-4 times and the supplier won't even take my calls anymore even though the "auto-defrost" cycle doesn't work. If it weren't for the fact the area appreciated since, and I love it otherwise, I'd have given this builder an even lower rating.
