Exterior hose pipe on / off extended into backyard
It's a little thing but makes things easier, Alex extended exterior pipe for garden hose right into my backyard & explained how to properly winterize pipe to avoid frozen pipe in winter. I highly recommend him.

We had Magic Touch come and sweep our chimney yesterday. I received a remover call the day before and then a call from the tech with the ETA. Very professional and so careful lugging in the equipment. The technician (I've forgotten his name) explained sweep / clean recommendations, how often, types of wood burnt & effects etc to us and checked that our double sided fireplace was in good working order. I'm sitting by the fire with peace of mind the chimney, fireplace is clean and in top working order. Magic Toich will be the only chimney sweep I use.

This is the only place I buy and stock up on high quality sheets and bedding. I'm extremely fussy with sheets, they cannot get rough, or pilly EVER. The bamboo sheets are luxurious. They also sell the most beautiful duvets, summer and winter. You can also buy sheets & pillow cases individually not just by the set. I've had sheets for 10 years that I bought from them and they're still perfect.
