Did a repair on my house that failed few weeks later. Does not show up to fix the repair that is under their guarantee. Will avoid your phone calls and texts. Will not return messages or texts and avoid you when there is a warranty issue. Do not trust Steven Cao or Fashion roofing with your house. When you do catch them on the phone they make appointments but do not show up for them, call or let you know that they will not come. Did this twice. Considerable damage and water leakage to the attic was sustained to the attic and ceiling. If this company did not stall us for so many days to repair the roof we could have contracted another company to fix the roof.

I had compared a few companies and thoroughly investigated all options before giving Lisa the job to replace some of our windows. The company was courteous, helpful, and completed the job efficiently and to our satisfaction. However this winter I noticed a noticeable savings in our gas bill of around 30% less gas used then the previous year which can be directly attributed to the windows. In my opinion Lisa provided me with the best quality to price value I could get for my budget. I look forward to completing the rest of my house with windows from PL Skylights. ****UPDATE**** since the windows were installed we had a minor issue with one of the windows in the spring. Lisa was right on the ball taking care of us and sending an installer out to inspect and repair the problem. However recently we experience another minor problem and within 48 hours without any excuses, delays or stalling in any way Lisa once again stepped up and had another installer out to inspect and do the minor repair. I am truly and honestly very impressed with their after sales service. Any job can have a few little things go wrong but what makes a company creditable and reliable is simply how they take care of you after they have been paid. I highly, highly recommend this company simply based on their no excuse or delay after sales service.
