An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Hi Ashleigh, I’m sending you this e-mail to let you that I am quite satisfied with the work performed by your crew on my driveway and an adjacent retaining wall. I appreciated the fact that the driveway job could be done by recycling most of the pavers which had been installed by your company 15 years ago, since I like their colour and texture and they match the brick colour of my home. The crew worked tirelessly and efficiently and were able to complete the driveway and retaining wall jobs in one and a half days. Raymond Thanks for the nice review, it was our pleasure to work for you once again, after a quick lift and relay and a power washing it looked like brand new and with the introduction of the Polymeric Sand into the joints you should get many more years out of the driveway. One nice thing about interlocking stone is that it can always be repaired without anybody noticing it was ever touched and it will last 50+ years.
