We had a small knick in a front door, which i knew wasn't worth anyones time to come deal with. We called 3 other companies all who never showed up! Lyall came when he said he would and was polite and professional the whole time. We would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for his services!! The door looks great
I dealt with a few different people in store and all were nothing but great. Ben was my first point of contact who took the time to explain the options and what i could do with my old...slow...6 year old computer. They fixed it up in the time frame quoted and their customer service was fantastic!! Highly recommended. This was my second time in the store both times they were great! Thank you to the team!
Greg was nothing short of exceptional. Strong customer service is normally hard to find in this day and age. He was prompt and professional, and always very easy to deal with, and understand while doing our repair. He took the time to explain what went wrong and how to prevent a future repair.
