This is the second time I had called on Al's expertise. In the past, i had Al act as a consultant for a home I was thinking of purchasing that had electricity and that I wanted to convert to gas. Al was happy to go through the building with me and asked the realtor a number of questions about the neighbouring properties, the availability of the line etc. I felt my real estate investment was in very capable hands. More recently I purchased a property that required an updated furnace. Al was well informed about the most efficient and suitable furnace options for my needs and did the job both promptly and neatly. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again
