Purchased and original piece of Art work for the first time (Maya Eventov). Crescent Hill offered to place it in my home first before I purchased it to make sure it was what I wanted They delivered and hung it up on my wall. They also offer a trade in if you grow tired of your purchase and wish to have something else. Service was Exceptional, I will go back to them again.
Purchase Fridge and Television
Purchased GE Profile. Told I would have it in one week. Over a week later I was told it was still coming with no expected date as there computer told them it was still suppose to be here the first week of Feb (which is now past). Several attempts later and nothing I called head office sales distribution myself and was informed that the fridge wouldn't be available until March 5th. I had to call them and tell them this, canceled the order went to Geomans in Stoney Creek (Awesome service) had it in two days. Same scenario for the 54" TV we purchased. They couldn't find it, no date for deliver, I called 2001 Video and picked it up the next day.
