They didn't have a great day....ran late, had equipment issues, could've cleaned up better, scratched our floors, and left some cracks in the ceiling. But we all have bad days. Their customer service (Michelle) and willingness to accept responsibility was astonishing. They went over and above what was necessary to make us happy. They succeeded, so much so that we asked to them do another job for us. Highly recommended.
