Save yourself the stress! Largest purchase I've ever made with the worst customer service I have ever received. I understand all new homes will come with deficiencies and people make mistakes. It is very sad that this company shows no empathy for those mistakes and has such one sided communication(they are very hard to reach when you need help) I have never made so many unanswered or unreturned calls. I have never sent so many emails without a response or resolve. If you are thinking of building with Gallery Homes you might want to look into taking a year off from your full time job because its a full time job to fight for what you paid for.
