When buying my dining table set, the rep eager to sell guaranteed no hassles in exchanges if there was anything wrong with the set. When assembled, the glass table-top was not set right so I called in to have it exchanged. It took countless number of phone calls, drop-ins at the store and more than a month to have it exchanged!!!
