BroadConnect Telecom launched it's new Edmonton headquarters in a location that needed to be remodeled to suit our needs. Part of that requirement was a new HVAC solution and after calling a few local companies we received totally different quotes from each with pricing that seemed quite high. When I contacted Romaniuk however they sent a very knowledgeable representative (Ryan) who was actually interested in our budget as well as a quality solution. He provided a few options and highlighted the pros and cons of each. Once we chose an option their techs showed up on time and completed the project on schedule as well as within budget as promised! They even went as far as to take the time to ensure everyone knew how to operate the new system properly and also provided some complimentary follow ups to ensure we were completely satisfied!
