About few years ago, I went to Karl's for a new stove. (He has his stoves lined up against the wall.) The stoves looked great and the price was reasonable. Little did I know that the back of the stove was bash in beyond repair until the deliverman came. I told the deliverman that was not what I had bought. He told me to take it up with Karl, so I did. After Carl gave me the run around for months I gave up. Apparent, he buys damage/used appliances, and sells them to his customers as new!!!!!

Went to diva bath looking for a vanity for the powderroom. The service, price, selection and quality were very good, however, i might suggest a salesperson who is a litle more fluent in English. It was a little hard understanding her.

Needed two hallway columns made out of wood in a specific size. I went to several places and was told I would have to wait 2 months. Found royal moulding and got the exact size and look plus they arrived in less than a week. Would also like to mention they were cheaper than lowes and the home depot.

This company did a great job on our new home. He ordered extra filters for our furnace so i wouldn't have to worry about anything. He also gave me plenty of advice in looking after the house furnace and air conditioning. When we called them, they always came on time. (No run around) They were professional and easy to talk too. I would definitely recommend this guys to everyone. .

I bought most of my lights at Victoria and their sister company, Lighting Decor in woodbridge. Her husband runs the shop in markham and she the one in woodbridge. She has a nice selection of lights which she and her husband have picked out. Furthermore, she has wonderful decorating ideas, good taste and very helpful. If you are purchasing several items she'll even give you a further discount. I have enjoyed shopping there. Thanks guys!

Rivalda tiles has a large selection of tiles and vanities. They are very helpful in selecting the correct tile for your house, however; make sure you have more than enough for your house. They our disorganized and don't know how much stock they have at any given time. The good thing about them, is that you can return extra tiles. I was very upset when they sold my vanity twice and I had to go elsewhere the last minute to purchase another one.

I bought most of my appliance from tasco. They were very good for the lowest prices on most appliances, however; you must do your homework on the appliances yourself. We were considering buying a wash and dry of a certain make, but after reading the reviews changed our minds. Even though our salesman was good, do not expect him to be knowledgable on all makes.

I asked the owner to pave the main driveway and gravel the side driveway. He paved the main driveway, but did not gravel the side driveway. Instead he threw down pebbles and pieces of old crushed ashfault. He was also expensive. Everyone quoted me 1600 however i felt he would do a better job. Was I wrong !!!!!!!!

Called several different places about organizers. Someone suggested i call Shelf Help. Spoke to Marti about shelving. He design each room effectively, was prompt,gave me a good price and the quality i wanted. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting organizers.

Patricia at select granite was very patient, kind, and helpful. See actually went out and looked at each piece of granite i selected. I selected at least 10 different ones, at different locations. Now, how's that for service!!!! She gave me her honest opinion and a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend Patricia to anyone. PS i'm not a friend or relative of hers!!

My furnace broke down the other night and I called for service. The serviceman showed up while i had just stepped out for a few mins. I spoke to him over the phone and told him i would be there within ten mins since I was so close by and he reluctantly agreed. After speaking to me from my house, he got in his truck and left for the night. I arrived within 7 mins and he was already gone. Apparently it was friday night, and his last job. What did he care. Hopefully, one day someone will be just as kind to him. Nevertheless, we had to get another service guy or else we would have frozen all night. I'm sure direct energy will have the bill in the mail for me.

He installed our air conditioner and high efficiency furnace. Great job and very professional. Was quick and fairly reasonable in price. Was easy to speak with, and he made sure we were totally happy with the job.

Bought a new stove from them 10 years ago which was extremely damaged at the back. He had it against the wall so the back wasn't exposed inorder to decieve the customer. I later found out that he had bought it from Canada Appliance after it dropped off one of their trucks. Since the stove was unsafe to operate I had to buy a new one. When I went back they said they would replace it but never did and kept ignoring my phone calls. Don't be stupid. STAY AWAy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
