I have been working with Thomas for several years. His attention to detail and integrity is second to none. Thomas is the trade I first call when I need one of my condo units prepared for the next tenant. Thomas paints, repairs drywall and baseboards. He also manages deliveries during that 2 or 3 day time frame when he is working in the unit. His service is very valuable to me since I cannot be there all day to manage it all. We had a leak in our basement and Yong came the next day to inspect. He determined it was not a foundation issue but rather lack of sealant around our patio entrance. He provided several recommendations which we will be performing today. I offered to pay Yong for his inspection but he did not want to charge us for his visit. After determining the root cause of the issue Yong said this was out of the scope of his usual work that deals with foundation issues. Regardless I am thankful for his inspection and his honesty in dealing with our issue.

My fence was 15 years old and it was looking extremely weathered. We never sealed it. We planned on redesigning our backyard but the fence was the first item that had to be addressed. I found Stain2day on a Google search. Agostine was very responsive. I was hesitant since I typically look for contractors who have a track record with positive customer reviews. But Agostine's price was reasonable so I took a chance. The job took place in Nov 2019. We are extremely satisfied with the job Agostine did for us. Pressure washed, sanded and stained it with the exact color our design consultant chose. The job took a couple of weeks mostly due to weather reasons. I would not hesitate to recommend Agostine to friends or family.

Greg and Ash did a fantastic job restoring the grout in our master bedroom shower. The shower, now 15 years old, looked like the day we got the new construction home. The improved grout product they applied will fair much better against mold and will make it easier to clean. With the previous grout, once the mold turned black on the grout, it was a loosing battle to get it off. The product they applied has a sealant. Color will not change. Greg also fixed other minor issues he found with a lose foyer tile, caulking around sinks, drywall around the shower that had dampened due to crack in the old caulking. Without hesitation, i would recommend Tile & Grout Restoration.

I've used Mors on several appliance replacements for different condo properties I rent out. Mors' rates are typically cheaper than others. He works fast and does.the job right. Always on time and leaves the worksite clean of debris. Very satisfied with the work Mors has done for me.

Very satisfied with the job Absolute Home Services did with our exterior painting project. We changed the color scheme of our front facade and that included painting of all exterior window frames and doors. The work was done very professionally, very meticulously, and very tidy. They also worked very quickly which was great. I would highly recommend Absolute Home Services for anyone looking for a professional paint project.

Our home needed a face-lift after 15 years. We were looking at several options to cover our dated and withering wood paneling on the roof over our porch. Octavio came and showed us aluminum siding products and explained how he would tackle several intricate areas. He showed us expensive and cost effective products and recommended a more cost effective product that wasn't too well known. We weren't sure but we decided to go with it trusting Octavio's recommendation. Octavio and his colleague were a pleasure to work with. They showed up on time, communicated with us daily and were very careful not to leave any debris after each work day. We were extremely happy with the workmanship and the final outcome. Danny and his team came in June 2017. I waited 6 months to write this review to see how the job held up well into the winter. The job took one day. They re-leveled my 20 x 30 foot driveway which had some significant dips. They power washed all the stones which removed all the weed and grass growth in between the pavers. This included the driveway, porch landing, side walkway and back patio (about 15 x 30). They also leveled some areas near the basement storm windows. All areas were sealed heavily. I was very satisfied with the work and with Danny. All areas look better than new. See before and after photos Highly recommend!
