Terrible builder. Avoid them,Sales people give many promises and their office will never respond for any calls. i left 9 voice messages no response. After 17 months still waiting (Mar 2015)for my condo in southern springs Edmonton. Finally They put boards "Move in Spring 2014" But nothing happened their 2014 spring still did not come.In the flooring Board they mentioned upgrade include bedrooms.Now after 1 1/2 yrs Park homes saying it was an error "sorry".i am worried now what will be next surprise when i get the condo.
