I have been using this company for about 3 years now and recently cancelled the service. There has been a constant programming error which causes the alarm to beep every morning at 5am! Although I have contacted the company a dozen times, they have been unable to resolve the issue and say that it could be any number of problems. Their tone is very condescending and they are unable to fix the problem. Not happy customer!
