Technician had excellent expertise in rodent control and helped me understand the extent of the infestation. He was very thorough with the inspection - both inside and outside the property. Feeling confident the issue will be resolved soon.

I had 11 new windows and 1 new door installed. At the beginning, I worked with the sales rep who walked me through the selection, pricing, installation and maintenance process. Had an excellent experience with him which made me comfortable moving forward. If I ever had a question or needed to make an adjustment it was easy to contact him and he accommodated my requests promptly. It was great to receive updates from the company indicating when the windows when into production and the delivery date all of which were met. The installation went well with the team cleaning up nicely afterwards. The sales rep came to inspect the work the next day where minor caulking issues were discovered. He filed a maintenance request and I'm currently awaiting the confirmation for addressing these minor issues. I'll follow up in this review after the repairs are dealt with. All in all, I was very pleased with the experience and would recommend Canadian Choice Windows & Doors. Oct 2 Update: Company emailed me back on August 28 that their service technician would get in contact with me in order to schedule the follow up appointment. They stated it was a fairly busy season so it would take a couple of days. It's been just over a month and no word from them.

Scheduled the assembly of a piano stand & seat. He came on time with all the tools he needed for the assembly. Finished the job quickly and cleaned up after he was done. Couldn't have asked for more. Will definitely use Eureka Assembly again. #4900

Worst experience having my furnace repaired. I called for service as the furnace stopped working. The first service call was scheduled for the evening of Saturday October 28. The diagnosis was a new blower was required and the earliest it could be scheduled was after the weekend. The next visit was scheduled for Wednesday November 1st (5 days without heat). That's when the problems started. First, they didn't have my correct contact information even though I signed up for a protection plan. The technician couldn't reach me that he was there. I had to call the call center and they told me the technician was present. I rushed over and the technician informed me the original diagnosis was incorrect and the blower was not required. A different part had to be ordered and new appointment set up. It was set up for Thursday November 2 (6 days without heat). The problems continued. The appointment time was changed by Enercare without consulting me. Then, when i got to the property, the technician was there but the part hadn't arrived. Now the appointment has been rescheduled to this evening and I'm still waiting for the part to arrive. I have serious doubts the heat will be on this evening. Going to be cancelling all my protection plans with this dysfunctional company.

I had two jobs for Magic Monkey: gutter cleaning and the installation of the Gutter Guard system. First off, my gutters were completely clogged with leaves, branches and dirt. Patrick was able to service them promptly and cleaned them perfectly. He spent time introducing me to two options to block debris so there would be no need for yearly cleaning. Work involved the installation of 10 new windows. The price for the windows and installation was very reasonable. The windows were delivered and installed on time. Will be using the services again in the near future.
