Chris has helped us with many, many plumbing issues over the years, And it’s always a pleasure to text him and know that the problem will be taken care of or even that he’ll give me a good enough tip that I can take care of it myself.

We are 100% satisfied with the work done by Bisham's team, and the resulting ductless air conditioning system!! Bisham was the only representative who quoted me that listened to exactly what we wanted and took the time to provide a solution that took these factors into consideration, but also advanced the thinking with his experience in the field. Our home, a 3 story 100 year old brick semi-detached in downtown Toronto, is extremely hot, with the third floor being the worst. Now, all floors feel balanced and cool, and there isn't even really a hum. So not only are we all more comfortable, but our home is much quieter. Surely the field is replete with excellent companies who can do this job, but no one should have any reservations about hiring Bisham and his team as far as I’m concerned.

Moe and the guys from LC Contracting did a half basement renovation for me after my pipes burst this winter. Chris, from Plumb It To Earth, recommended him, and Moe showed up the same day I called him. He looked the job over, and in his easy and honest manner explained what the issues might be and gave me a quote on the spot. He and his crew started the work within the week, showed up on time each day and put in full days to get the job done. When extra framing was required, or some old electrical work wasn’t up to code he took the time to show me what the issues were, and explained why and how he had to fix it. The job went from flooded mess to a nice, warm, well lit basement space in a week, and he and his guys worked a double at the end of the job so my sister in law could move back in when she had planned to. I I look forward to getting Moe and the guys back in here to start a few other renovations that we were just waiting for the right person for.
