I recommended Canadian Appliance Source to a very close friend since I had a decent experience there last year. Needless to say I will never ask anyone to visit this place again after the rude behaviour on display yesterday evening. The website, as well as the timings on the store front, clearly marked 8:30pm Thursday closing. Our friends at the showroom decide that they want to close up early & try to push out the family of 3 (including an ailing elderly gentleman) by 8pm. A showroom is meant for exactly that purpose...so that you can see appliances up front. And the documented store timings would have been more than sufficient for this family to make a decision.
