I contacted The Urban Palette Inc fora quote. Leanne set up the appointment for Cody to come out to give a quote. He gave me a quote and told me he and his team of 4 others would have the work done in a day. The team arrive early the day the work was to begin to cover all our furniture with plastic. The process was all very seamless and extremely organized. The prep work/sanding was was very well done. There were several details and different areas of the house to repaint. I was referred to Tom, the owner of Victory Locks by a friend of mine who had a great experience with his services. When I spoke to Tom on the phone he gave me a quote that was very fair. We made our appointment 2 days later. Tom was on time, cheerful, pleasant and very well organized. He had all of his tools ready at the front door when I arrived. Tom did a master key for the entire home with 2 different switch keys on 5 of the 8 deadbolts. (it’s a duplex) He gave me extra keys, as well as key tags, and a few other dead bolt parts that saved me from having to purchase an extra lock. He added extra value to the transaction making me feel at ease the entire time. He was very pleasant and informative. In fact he explained the entire process as he was working on my home. Overall I’m very happy with Tom’s service, and I would recommend him to anyone.
