In 2017, NovelCare installed 2 Compressors & 5 Units of Mitsubishi Ductless A/C & on May 11/2021, Lloyd came out to Clean & Service it. Lloyd did an excellent Job : on time/very polite/very thorough& meticulous. He is a pleasure to deal with & I would highly recommend Lloyd from NovelCare. Lloyd also was very helpful with a few other concerns I had & went beyond the call of duty. NovelCare is very fortunate to have such a great Employee. I have an Older Home at Dufferin & Bloor in Downtown Toronto & needed the 2nd & 3rd floor painted. It was a dark colour that I wanted painted ALL WHITE. They were ALL GREAT AT EVERYTHING: Plastering, Painting & small details I needed done. They went the extra mile everytime & did jobs that other Painters would not have done. Superb is the word I would use to describe Demiri Painting & Decorating! These Guys strive for perfection! PAINTING IS THEIR PASSION!

Today i called Restoration 1 Toronto about a difficult water damage problem on the Front Porch of mu 110 year old Home. Mario came out early afternoon today and told me what the problem was & how to correct it. i can't thank you enough for all your help. It's great to see people that still care about Homeowners & try to help with water damage solutions although they will not be doing the job. The team from Toronto Tree Removal did an amazing job of removing a large Ash Tree from my Backyard that the Emerald Ash Borer was destroying. It was hanging over on my next door Neighbour's new renovated flat roof and I feared that it would come down and cause major damage during an ice storm or thunderstorm. Aaron's son worked very methodically with the rest of his Team (3 other guys on the ground) who intercepted the huge branches so that no damage was done to any other plantings around the area. It was like a well orchestrated dance. These guys really know what they are doing and everything went off without any problems. It was all done in a very timely fashion too. Very professional and very well done. I also had the roots ground out. I would not hesitate to highly recommend them and they will probably be doing another job soon at my Sisters' house also in Toronto. Great job guys!

McKinnon did an amazing job of installing a new Boiler Navien NCB 210 Combination boiler and hot water heater! Rob, Yasa and Hameed get a 10+++for a job well done! I have rarely seen such pride of workmanship and they did a 3 day job in 1 day by working 13 hours straight and did not leave until I had heat and hot water again!!! I had been without heat for over 2 days in the coldest week of 2015. I called McKinnon at 2:00a.m after dealing with another company who just could not fix my boiler. so clearly I needed some one else who knew what they were doing and as soon as Rob arrived at 3:00a.m. And said I needed a new boiler even though mine was only 7 and a half years old I believed him as he said I would have to replace all the parts and still would have a bad boiler. Not one to throw good money after bad, I said when can you start? McKinnon started the next day at 11:30a.m. And did not leave until I had both heat and hot water. I cannot explain how happy I was when Rob and Yasa finished and the next day Hameed returned to do follow up to get the boiler running perfectly! He also told me to get the the pipes descaled once a year and complete the registration of the warantee. I would not hesitate to recommend McKinnon especially if you have a boiler or combination boiler in an older home Downtown like me! The guys are all very honest and very hardworking which is a rarity these days! Bravo Rob, Yasa, and Hameed and all the helpers too on a job well done!!!
